🍫 Triple Chocolate Collagen Beauty Ice Cream
🍦 The Ninja Creami has been a GAMECHANGER for me this past year as I could finally make my own dairy free vegan ice cream in flavors that I love, like Matcha and Black Sesame, that I could never find at the grocery store. I could even add protein powder to my Creami ice cream creations to help me hit my daily protein goals while enjoying a full pint of ice cream!
But I’ve discovered another way to level up my Creami ice creams - by adding in my Collagen Peptides!

Find my recipe below for my Triple Chocolate Collagen Ice Creami that I’ve been making on REPEAT.
This recipe is dairy free, vegan, gluten free, and refined sugar free.
RECIPE
0.5 serving Chocolate Collagen Peptides (I used Vital Proteins Chocolate Collagen Peptides)
0.5 serving Chocolate Protein Powder (I used Truvani Chocolate Protein Powder)
1 tbsp pudding mix (I used Simply Delish Chocolate Pudding Mix)
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder (I used the Whole Foods Organic Cocoa Powder)
1-2 dates (or you can use 1-2 tbsp of any sweetener of your choice, like maple syrup, I like dates for extra fiber & texture)
0.25 tsp Xantham Gum
1.75 cups plant milk (I used flaxmilk to since it contains 8g of protein)
1 tsp instant coffee powder (optional, but I find that it enhances the chocolate flavor)
INSTRUCTIONS
Blend up ingredients in a high speed blender (I use my trusty Vitamix)
Pour liquid into Ninja Creami pint container and leave in freezer for at least 24 hours for best results
Spin on “Lite Ice Cream” mode
Pour in 1-2 splashes of plant milk and respin another 1-2 times until creamy
